Yes, all our rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage. This protects you and the vehicle in case of accidents or damage. We also offer premium zero-excess insurance for additional peace of mind at an extra cost.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee. For last-minute changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. However, the actual driver must present their own valid driver's license and ID at pickup. All rental terms and conditions apply to the person driving the vehicle. This is perfect for booking vehicles for family members or colleagues.

We accept multiple payment methods including cash (Zambian Kwacha), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and mobile money. For corporate clients, we also accept purchase orders and monthly invoicing. A security deposit may be required at pickup.

Yes! We offer vehicle delivery service to hotels, residences, and other locations in Lusaka and Ndola. Airport delivery is complimentary, while other locations may incur a delivery fee starting from K150 depending on the distance. Please specify your preferred delivery location in the booking form.

Absolutely! If you need to keep the vehicle longer, just contact us before your original drop-off date. We'll extend your rental based on vehicle availability. Extended rentals may qualify for discounted rates. Please note that unauthorized extensions without prior approval may result in additional charges.
